Learn The Skills It Takes To Be A High Value Man

The Benefits Of Being Manly
Our world has been getting softer over the last few decades. Men’s testosterone levels are rapidly declining, and the rise of the weak man has given strong men a bad name.
Don’t feel like you need to back down from the onslaught against masculinity. Stand strong against the “soy boy” tide that is sweeping our nation.
Our current reality was built by strong men.
Define yourself as a strong, proud, and high-worth man by learning the fine art of masculinity.
Learn how to be strong.
Learn how to be confident.
Learn how to be proud.
Become a figure that young men look up to.
Build your life the way it is meant to be.
What Does It Mean To Be Masculine?
Traditional masculinity is not the “toxic masculinity” we so often hear about today. (WTF is “toxic masculinity” anyways?) There is nothing wrong with being a strong, confident leader.
Being a man doesn’t mean being a bully, it isn’t being mean, and it definitely isn’t being abusive.
What it is, is being a source of positive strength in your life and the lives of people around you. It is holding the door as an act of respect. It is helping other people when you can. It is taking charge and getting things done when needed.
Masculinity is strength, confidence, kindness, focus, leadership, and integrity.
Any boy can say he is a man. People can tell a true man when they see him. A true man gets respect everywhere he goes. A true man accomplishes goals and makes the world around him better.
Being Fkn Manly is what we’re meant to be.
Being Fkn Manly is what it is all about.
You will never feel as strong and confident as when you fully embrace your natural masculine identity.
Why?
Men are meant to be proud.
Men are meant to be strong.
Men are meant to be leaders.Be the strong, proud leader that is in your soul, and watch your whole life change.

Health And Nutrition
Why Is Vitamin D So Important?
Vitamin D is actually a hormone. Specifically, a steroid hormone. 70%+ of Americans are deficient in Vitamin D and this is not good.
Why is Vitamin D so important? Among many things, it helps regulate inflammation. “Normal” lab levels are 30-100 ng/mL However, many people are "normal" but are actually functionally low. Functionally they should be above 50 ng/mL, & optimal levels are in the 70-80’s.
I HIGHLY recommend getting yours checked if you don’t know. If you are not in the functional or optimal ranges, you need to do one of a few things. Or a combo of these:
1. Get out in the sun more (but don't get burnt). Ideally, 30-60 minutes per day. Your skin converts the sun's rays into Vitamin D. So make sure you are not completely covered up with clothes. It will negate the purpose.
2. Consume more foods with naturally occurring Vitamin D. •Cod liver oil •Wild-caught salmon •Eggs (pastured or organic ideally) •Morel mushrooms •Beef Liver •Mackeral And lastly...
3. Look at consuming a Vitamin D supplement 1,000 IU's per 40 lbs. of body weight, up to 5,000 IU's per day is a safe amount if you are low. But make sure your Vitamin D does not have this type of oil in the ingredients list...
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble oil. Meaning it needs a carrier oil with the supplement to be absorbed. Many cheap brands use canola oil, soybean oil, or other cheap, inflammatory seed oils. You can learn more about why these are so bad here: (Thread About Seed Oils)
Make sure the ingredients list has one of these 3 as the carrier oil: •olive oil •coconut oil •MCT oil •flax seed oil These are genetically congruent oils for the human body to process.
Vitamin D supplementation is one of THE biggest values for the money spent on any supplement you could take. Sufficient Vitamin D levels prevent a multitude of health issues. So make sure you are in the above ranges to prevent many health issues.

How To Be An Impactful Leader
Over 23 years in the Navy I've encountered a variety of leaders. These 10 qualities set apart the impactful from the mediocre.
Accountability. This is a common trait among the high-quality leaders I've worked for. They have zero issues being held accountable for the decisions they make.
Responsibility. Closely related to the first, good leaders have a deep sense of responsibility to themselves, the job, and the people they lead.
Communication. Common sense, right? Effective leaders talk to their teams so there's no question about what is being worked towards. This also includes feedback and constructive criticism. It's critical.
Integrity. High-character leaders are effective because their actions match their words. Their intentions are clear and their teams are rarely confused about the objectives.
Vision. Strong leaders know what they're trying to achieve and everything they do brings them closer to that vision. The plan will be based on this and it's something the team will be well aware of.
Sense of humor. Without question, the effective leaders I've encountered ALL don't take themselves too seriously. There's a time and place for intent focus, but a sense of levity brings out the best in teams.
Listening. Great leaders are open to feedback and are willing to be challenged. 'My way or the highway' is an archaic mindset that will destroy teams and result in substandard outcomes.
Patience. Related to vision, quality leaders understand it takes time to achieve an objective. Whatever the timeline is, they understand a process takes time and give their teams room to operate and make things happen.
Trust Effective leaders trust their teams to execute. This is the antidote to micromanagement and it is a critical part of quality leadership.
Belief. The best leaders have an unwavering belief in themselves and their teams. This is the glue that holds a team together and it largely determines the level of success an organization can achieve.

Fkn Manly Training In Action
What the fuck?
My truck rocked back and forth as I looked up to see the Range Rover that had just slammed into me in the parking lot. They slowly pulled forward as I heard metal bending and plastic popping.
The car had a Realtors logo on the side, and a well-dressed woman with dark hair and high heels stepped out. My immediate reaction was to be pissed. I was parked in front of the hardware store on my way home after a long day. I started to focus on the dent in my truck. I thought about how it would delay my schedule.
20 years ago, I would have jumped out, hot-headed, and probably made the situation worse. Instead, I made the choice to respond like a gentleman. With clarity, calm, and focus. Every situation is an opportunity, and I had just decided that this situation was going to benefit me.
The accident was 100% her fault. I was parked in a proper space, and she just didn’t see me there. Rather than starting with blame and accusations, I started with empathy and connection. She started apologizing but I stopped her and asked if she was OK?
She seemed nervous and distraught, (of course) so I smiled wide, forced myself to laugh out loud, and said “Don’t worry, it’s just my work truck.” Then I proceeded to kick the bumper, hard, and said “Ha! Look how tough this ol’ girl is, hardly even a dent.”
I could have made it out to be worse than it was, I could have started taking pictures, getting down and examining every little detail, and pointing fingers and blame. But, that wouldn’t help either of us in this situation. I might have gotten a few thousand dollars of insurance claim out of it. Instead, I turned this chance meeting into a 6 figure connection.
You see, I own a construction company (among my businesses) and know that realtors have access to numerous homeowners who have either just bought a house, or are looking to sell. They often need move-in renovations, facelifts before selling, or fast repairs to satisfy subject removal.
I took charge and put my quick plan into action. “Tell you what,” I said, “This is obviously a simple mistake, and no one was hurt.” She smiled slightly, “This is my work truck and already has a dent or two, and it will probably get more.”
I had just put her at ease, now, I was going to change the subject toward my goal. “I see the Realtor logo on the side of your car. Actually, one of my businesses is a renovation contracting company and I do a lot of construction and short-timeline renovations for Realtors like you.”
“Why don’t we just forget this whole thing,” I said, and she opened her eyes a little wider. “You take care of your vehicle, and I’ll take care of mine, but, let’s swap business cards, and the next time you need a contractor for one of your clients, I’m at the top of the list OK?”
“Of course, of course,” she smiled widely, almost tripping over her words. “Actually, I have a house right now that needs a full paint job before we list it and my usual painter is too busy. It’s vacant right now and needs to get going right away.” “No problem,” I said, “I’ll have my head painter contact you first thing tomorrow morning and get a crew there asap.” (Boom, whole house paint, 8-15k job)
I reached out to shake her still slightly trembling hand. “Thank you so much she said” “Absolutely no problem" I replied. I feel like this is going to be one of the most lucky accidents I have recently had.
This is the power of being thoughtful, controlling your emotions, and having the right mindset. Small thinking could have made that a frustrating experience, and be a net negative to my life. But, using the right mindset, always thinking with a business mindset, and some simple interpersonal skills, I just made a contact that will put tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars into my business.
All in all, it was a good day.
